These ranges come from the services members list on their profiles, updated hourly. They are starting points — the final fee depends on the plot, the brief and the scope.
Design fee per m²
$3 – $14/m²

Per m² fees cover design drawings; a full package (plans, elevations, sections, details, 3D) is typically 2–3× a plans-only fee.
Supervision is charged per site visit or per month during construction. Always agree the number of revision rounds in writing.
Building costs, for reference: in Duhok a villa runs roughly $300 per m² for a basic finish, around $400 mid-range, and $500–600 for a high specification. An architect’s fee is a small share of that, and is quoted separately.

Yes, completely. You pay the architect directly for their work; Mîmar takes nothing from you.
We checked the person’s National ID and Engineers Syndicate membership card before their profile went live. Unverified profiles are never shown.
Browse by city, look at built work (green “Built” tag), check services and starting prices, then message on WhatsApp — or post your project and let verified architects send proposals.
Verified architects see it and can send a proposal (price, duration, message) — they appear on your project page with a WhatsApp button. You can also send the brief to any architect yourself.
No. Your number is never shown. You choose who to contact, and only when you open WhatsApp yourself.
Tell us here in the chat. Verified members agree to professional conduct; we can suspend a profile after review.
Complete your profile, add at least 3 projects, then upload your National ID and Engineers Syndicate card (offices also add their registration certificate) under Verification and press Submit. We review within a few days.
Only you and the Mîmar reviewer. They are never shown on your profile or shared with anyone, including the syndicate.
