Mîmar is the verified register of Kurdistan’s architects and offices. Clients post a project once, and talk to you directly — on WhatsApp or here. No middleman, no commission on your fee.
What you get
A verified profile with your portfolio, services and prices — the page you can send to any client instead of a folder of images.
Project briefs from clients, with the details before you spend time: location, type, budget range and timing.
The ✓ Verified mark — your ID and Engineers Syndicate card checked by a person, so clients know you are real before they message.
Private messages on Mîmar — talk to clients without giving out your phone number if you prefer.
Workshops, courses and international competitions, kept up to date — plus a jobs board for hiring.
A permanent Contributing member badge if you are one of the first to join and help shape it.
Joining
Create your account
Email and password, or continue with Google. Choose “Architect” or “Office” and write your name or practice name.
Fill your profile
Photo, city, your disciplines, a short bio, your education, and how you want clients to reach you. A progress meter shows what is still missing.
Add at least three projects and your services
Photos, a line about each project, and whether it is built, under construction or a concept. Then your services with a starting price — for example “Plans and elevations, from $6 per m².”
Upload your documents and press Submit
Your national ID and Engineers Syndicate card (offices add their registration certificate). Only the reviewer sees them — they never appear on your profile and are never shared with anyone, including the syndicate.
We review within a few days and tell you by email and notification either way.

Clients never pay Mîmar, and Mîmar never takes a share of your fee. You agree the work and the price directly with the client.
FAQ
No. The first months are free and we do not ask for a card. When the free period ends you pay by FIB, FastPay or Qi Card and send the screenshot in the support chat.
Only the Mîmar reviewer. They are stored privately, never shown on your profile, and never shared with the syndicate or anyone else.
No, never. The membership is the only thing you pay. Whatever you agree with a client is entirely yours.
In your profile choose “Mîmar messages only”. Your number disappears from the site and clients reach you through private messages here instead.
You can create an account and follow the competitions, workshops and jobs. The verified mark and a public profile need the syndicate card, so come back when you have it.
